Can shadowsocksR-libev-gfwlist go to proxy when sites out of list can not be connected?

Some sites are not listed in the GFWlist, but are still blocked. For them, the browser just tells us can not be connected. I suggest to detect the unavailability and use proxy to solve this.

Also, some CDN IP are also not listed. We feel frustrated to browse those sites, since it does not display completely. How there's some solution for that.

I hope to have a switch that can let me use IP to decide whether use proxy. I tried to use some other luci-app-ssr, however, they can compile for LEDE, but there's dependency problems when installing them.
