Migrate to Remix + Vite #55

This project was created in December 2023, and back then, the "Remix Bundler" was the standard Remix way of building projects.

Remix has since adopted Vite (and it became stable in February 2024), and migrating could fix a host of issues like bad stack traces on Cloudflare Workers/Miniflare.
