That's the error I get when calling timepoint
glm.trt and SL.trt specified. Proceeding with SL.trtUsing formula(x) is deprecated when x is a character vector of length > 1.
Consider formula(paste(x, collapse = " ")) instead.the condition has length > 1 and only the first element will be usedError in terms.formula(formula, data = data) :
argument is not a valid model
