Add Settings Page

A dialog should be present that allows the user to change refreshTime within the constants.js file.

Just curious, what value do you want to change?

Embarrassed face Looking through the values more closely it seems only the one I first looked at should be editable: refreshTime. If it does what I think it does (change the speed at which the extension checks for new items requiring attention) then I think being able to change this value would be very helpful.

I'd just like to have the red indicator number be a little bit more responsive.
