county should use "province" dataset for Spain (locale "es")

Hi,
I'm using bogus for testing in my project, and I have detected that the concept of Spanish "provincia" does not exist in Address class.

The dataset come from faker-js project, and the dataset generated has the concept "province" but there is no "county".

In Spain the country is structured as "comunidad autónoma" (similar to state) and then "provincia" similar to county.

How I should fix this problem?

• Modifying Address.County() and use province if locale is "es"?
• Adding Address.Province()?
• Creating a new data_extend/es.locale.json file and adding the concept "county" with the spanish provinces?
