Click have no effect and errors in console after idling for 3 hours

Repro Steps:

1. Go to Strata and login
2. Open any of the applications in Permit View (details view)
3. Leave browser tab unattended and wait 3 hours
4. After 3 hours, click on the breadcrumb to go back to the dashboard

Expected:
If this is due to a session timeout, please redirect the user back to the login page and/or show a friendly and helpful message that session timed out and they will need to login again.
