Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm an author and maintainer of https://github.com/drevops/bats-helpers library. It is a feature-rich and constantly maintained library of BATS helpers and assertions. It has own tests with 90%+ coverage and documentation site (https://bats-helpers.drevops.com/). It is used on several OSS and non-OSS projects.

I'd like to have it added to the list of the libraries in the docs, so that the community could use it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the library reference to the https://github.com/bats-core/bats-core/blob/master/docs/source/writing-tests.md page

Thanks for your work in the Bats ecosystem! I am unsure how to proceed since we have no clear cut 3rd party policy yet.

My gut feeling tells me that promoting a 3rd party library in the official documentation would give it the semblance of being vetted/approved by the bats-core maintainers. I don't think there is enough capacity on our end to do that right now.

Nevertheless, I see merit in providing a central place to discover projects and tooling around Bats (aka an "Awesome Bats" list?). Maybe we can do something similar to the Projects Using Bats wiki page, which is community maintained?

An entry could look something like this:

@martin-schulze-vireso
Thank you for talking the time to review this issue.

I think it is normal for the project to list which other 3rd-party libraries exist in the ecosystem.

There is already a place in the documentation that lists 3rd party libraries (even the ones that are barely or no longer maintained).

I do not see how my library that is actively maintained does not fit into the criteria of not being added to that list.
