@bastilimbach For over a month there are two pull request waiting for your feedback as maintainer of this project. So I'm asking if you still consider maintaining this project? Or if the community should focus on a fork or other docker images for Magic mirror such as the one of @khassel https://hub.docker.com/r/karsten13/magicmirror/? I don't want to bother you, I just want to know the current status.

I believe it's safe to assume this project is no longer maintained.

Ok, then we need a new project which maintains the "official" docker image for MagicMirror. I think it's best to start as a fork of this project. I can be a maintainer, @sthuber90 and @khassel would you also like to be maintainers?

This may should be discussed as issue in the mm project.

I looked at the mm project repo and there is no real reference to the docker image, only in the changelog there is a link to this project. So I think they are not really interested in this.

Should we open an issue or create a forum post?

Maybe the forum is the best option as it is not directly related to the MM repo?

I think the issues on the repo are only for bug reports

not only real issues, we had already some general discussions there and I think it is the best place to discuss this with the main contributors and MichMich (only some of them are active in the forum). If its not the right place, they will tell us ...
