Si en algún momento tratas de q se escuchen las notificaciones en tu Android de cualquier aplicación y no suenan por más que lo reinicies ingresá a configuraciónes accede al panel de notificaciones y posteriormente busca la aplicación que desees y activa las notificaciones o bien configura el tono al que deses
