https://www.softpedia.com 以及 https://mobile.softpedia.com 都上不去，是不是内置服务器屏蔽了？这个网站似乎和色情毫无关联，它只是个软件下载站，没有色情信息，按理说不会被屏蔽。

服务器所在国（荷兰、俄罗斯、法国）的政府或运营商有没有屏蔽？
