If someone is part of the org (or maybe specifically on the core team), add a label to the PR to prioritize! via @jridgewell

Could do something similar for issues

I'm not sure about that feature. Core members could talk about their work during the weekly call. We can then figure out what should be prioritized.

It's just adding label like: "from core" or something. It doesn't enforce priority

Ok, do you know if that's possible to search for issues/prs created by a member in a GitHub team?

Edit: not really (https://help.github.com/articles/searching-issues/#search-by-a-team-thats-mentioned-within-an-issue-or-pull-request). But babel-bot could just ping a team in the issue/pr.
