Describe the feature you'd like to see implemented
An option to deploy a lower-cost, API-only variant of Perspective. That is, no UI, no search, just the graph API so I can query things in my account without the overhead of the UI. Useful for developers who don't need/want the full feature-set (and its associated cost).

Describe the value this feature will add to AWS Perspective

1. Customers can deploy an API-only variant of Perspective in accounts where they have low usage - the cost/benefit would be better in those cases
2. Developers who don't need/want the UI can deploy without it
3. It will provide additional marketing for the fact that Perspective has a nice API :)
