Description

When using Dynamic Auto Scaling in Auto Scaling Group, currently, there is no way to update the 'MinInstancesInService' in the ASG UpdatePolicy AutoScalingRollingUpdate to use the dynamic 'DesiredCapacity' value.

Requesting this feature to be made available in CloudFormation.
