Would a PR for this feature be useful?
Was thinking of doing it for myself but can obviously help the community

Idea is having an optional field for the tags attribute

environment-variables: "LOG_LEVEL=info"
tags: "ENV=prod"

I would love to add tags to the new task definitions as well. If you already have a work around, could you please share it?
