Hello,

you probably know this issue already! However, it isn't mentioned in the documentation or README file.
panel-chemistry and probably most panel-extensions requires bokeh==2.4 as HTMLBox was removed from bokeh=3.0 and above. Conda now installs bokeh>3.0 by default.
