I would like to add a {panel-live} filter that works in much the same way as {shiny-live} filter.

Doing this will require some work and fixing some issues I don't yet know how to solve. I would need to

Solve the same issues as identified in Add panel-lite-editor holoviz/panel#5812
Understand the implementation of the shiny-live quarto extension
Understand the implementation of py-shinylive
