Changes with respect to Oemer's latest version (0.6.4) #1
Comments
Hello @GC1102 If you want to make any suggestions or improvements, feel free. I asked him if that was OK for me to do it and he said he didn't see any problems in it. However, in terms of practical adoption of the QCL programming language, I am not sure if it is worth updating it, since it is a somewhat old language, and there are other ones coming out with better support (for example Q# from Microsoft or Rigetti's PyQuil). What do you think about it? How did you find this particular repository? |
Hi Antonio,
Thanks for the clarification. I've asked because I am using Oener's
repository and I wondered if yours was providing extra features.
In spite of its age I find it still useful for some (simple) testing.
I will try your version and I will let you know in case of comments.
Regards and merry Christmas
Gianni

… Hello @GC1102 <https://github.com/gc1102>
Actually I intended to polish the codebase a bit before making any more
changes, but I didn't have the chance to do it, so in fact this version is
exactly the same as the one from TU Wien's website.

Good job!
I wonder if your porting has made changes, fixings or extensions to the original version made available by Oemer (0.6.4) in the TU Wien web site.
Could you please clarify that?
Thanks in advance
