Add Prioritized support to auth0_log_stream

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Am trying to create/modify a Log Stream to use the Prioritized feature as we've hit the maximum of 2 regular streams in some of our tenants.

Describe the ideal solution

Add a 'prioritized' boolean to the auth0_log_stream to match the API scheme.

We are scheduled to cut the required sdk release for this change. Post that release we shall also add this to terraform.
