Hey !

Just started using this app today, you're a godsend for building it ! The fact that Deezer still doesn't have official Linux support is really sad...

App is working really well, didn't try the offline features yet, but I can already tell you that media keys (Razer Blackwidow Elite) do not work (they work when using Deezer in the browser), neither do the controls from the app tray.
Although the controls in the notification center do (I'm using them for the moment to play/pause and switch tracks)

I'm using the latest release installed from a .deb file (deezer-desktop_5.30.220_amd64.deb) on Ubuntu 20.04.4.

Let me know if you need anything to debug :)

In my case, if I right click at Deezer icon at taskbar and click on Play, the rest of media keys works just fine at Deepin 20.6 (a distro based on Debian) using the Flatpak version. Maybe worth the try.

Hello, sorry for the delay. You could maybe try using the flatpak version, as I don't have ubuntu or anything to test the .deb; but the media keys should be working just fine... Are you on wayland or xorg? That may make the difference

Hi thanks for packiging this flatpak deezer, all working well so far. My laptops official media keys work well, but if I'm using a plugged in Keyboard, is there any way to make custom key combos to play pause etc?

Never mind, I went into KDE settings/Shortcuts/Media Controller
and set 2ndary custom key combos :)
