Use dialoguer for publish command's token prompt #969

Right now the token prompt uses a basic stdin prompt. We can provide a more secure way to prompt for the token by using dialoguer.

I wanted to add this to #759, but instead of adding unrelated changes to the PR I'll document this here and follow up after the PR.
