ignores in rules raises Configuraiont not found!

With ignores in rules tests for these rules are always skipped with Configuraiont not found!....
How to fix it?

I have sgconfig.yml with ruledir and testdir

sg test only tests yaml rule instead of scanning the project files. May you explain a little bit more about "skip tests"?

output of sg test:

Configuraiont not found! django-foreign-key-to
PASS regex-compile ...
....
test result: ok. 3 passed; 0 failed;
