Remove motto from help output

Reading unhelpful text when looking for help is an unnecessary obstacle.

Describe the proposed solution

Remove the motto from help output. Maybe add a motto command if you want to see the motto:

$ asdf motto
"Late but latest"
-- Rajinikanth

Describe similar asdf features and why they are not sufficient

asdf info is similar but it outputs useful information so it's different.

Describe other workarounds you've considered

Removing it locally and keep an out of date asdf.

Forking asdf and removing it, maybe automating updates from upstream.
