Hello everyone,
I have a problem and I seem to be the only one. For a few days now, Home Assistant hasn't made the link with Wiser, so I can't activate Wiser actuators or get any information. I've had a complete communication breakdown.
I get the following error:
Recorder: custom_components.wiser.coordinator
Source: custom_components/wiser/coordinator.py:210
First occurred: 8 January 2025 at 22:48:38 (1882 occurrences)
Last recorded: 18:58:22
Unknown error fetching wiser (wiser-WiserHeatXXX) data. NoneType' object has no attribute “get”. Please report this error to the integration owner.

HA Wiser bug
HA Wiser bug2

This is write that the first time on the 8th but I noticed the bug 3 or 4 days ago.
I'm field tester, could this be the problem?

Core : 2025.1.1
Supervisor: 2024.12.3
Operating System : 14.1
User Interface : 20250106.0
Wiser app : 6.12.2

Thank you very much for your help and I wish you a very happy new year.

can you confirm homeassistant is able to connect to the wiser hub? e.g. a ping from the HA server

Thank you for your reply @asantaga.

Sorry for my silly question, but what can I do?
I've checked and there's no change of IP address or Wiser Key.

Hello
I'm having the same problem today!

It's strange because I can't reach my wiser hub from homeassistant (ping) or another server connected to my network.
However, I can manage it via the app on my cell phone!!!

I just reboot the hub and it works fine now ;)

Sorry @asantaga, I was away on business trip. Thank you for your reply.
I've just got home and tried it, but unfortunately it's me it didn't solve the problem.
I'm teleworking until the end of the week, so I'll be in touch if you have any other ideas.
