when I download last artix-base-runit-20210726-x86_64.iso i got Artix with Dinit init system why?

It can't possibly be dinit; the stable ISOs are from July, dinit was introduced in November.
Read the installation guide, on how to install from base. Keep in mind that it is perfectly possible to install any init from any ISO.

why I don't install directly from iso

  • I have BIOS EFI 32bit, and CPU x64bit,
  • I can't use your iso directly,
  • but Void-Linux is still supporting EFI by adding to their iso this file called grubia32.efi

i install distribution with tar.bz

I can't find any tarball for Artix, but I create from iso like this guys

I try to find old iso of Artix to use runit

but i can't found it yet

That explains it then. That script installs Artix and uses alphabetical order for selecting packages, and dinit comes before all others. Perhaps, if you remove the --no-confirm options, you'll get to select runit. Anyway, you can easily switch between init systems in Artix after installation.
