Does not play well at all with keyboard navigation #248

When using keyboard navigation, there are a lot of unwanted behaviors:

tabindex cannot be set
the calendar automatically opens and forces tabbing through the entire calendar, should happen at least on a "down" input or something. Really interrupts a form.
does not close itself when focus is lost due to keyboard navigation

This might be serious enough for me to abandon using this component :(
