Dashboard enhancement (pagination / filtering)

Now twill only show the latest 20 activities in dashboard, it is great to have a config to control how many activities to be show in dashboard and paginate the activities. Maybe something look like that:

Also, it makes the dashboard much better if we can filter the activity by activity type / activity subject type, like filtering in the modules.
