I get 'Loading the Google Maps JavaScript API without a callback is not supported' whenever a google map field is included

To clarify, the Google Maps JS does actually work and the maps interface does render in my maps field, however naturally red errors in the JS console are never desirable so I want to get them removed.

I'm running very latest twill and I believe this has occurred for a while so it isn't specific to this version. I have cleared cache, forced an update of the assets via twill:update and yet I still see this. Any suggestions ?
