DataSearch customQuery gives invalid DSL.

What am I missing?

When the custom query in the DataSearch below is used, the created DSL is invalid.

If the square brackets around the range are removed, the DSL is correct.
What am I doing wrong, how can I have them removed?
I am using version 3.2.4.

I upgraded to latest version, now it works just fine.
