Bug: self-hosted anytype also capped at 1gb limit

Current Behavior

I have installed anytype client and anytype self-hosted and configure anytype client to use the self-hosted network, and the limit is still 1gb (no more files are stored on minio database)

Expected Behavior

keep syncing files

Steps To Reproduce

download anytype
set up self-hosted anytype server
create an account on anytype with 12 phrase and upload a few videos so that the total limit of 1gb is surpased

Environment

- OS:windows 10
- Version: 0.39.0
