Both uppercase and lowercase of the same GitHub user are included in this tool. A lot of projects have perfect duplicates along with all of their dependencies. "Microsoft/Typescript" and "microsoft/Typescript"

Even worse - they point to two different dots on the map. I checked my input data, and noticed some are indeed microsoft while others are Microsoft. From graph point they are different nodes with not entirely overlapping sets of edges.

It might take me a while to fix this properly. Sorry for the inconvenience
