Ellipsis not working for submenu item when browser is zoomed in 75% to 80%

Steps to reproduce

• Render long text in submenu component
• Zoom out to 75% to 80%

What is expected?

An ellipsis should show text overflow

What is actually happening?

No ellipsis is show but text is only cut off
