Adapt Ansible Tower resources to include AWX.

In making this a community resource we need to support those using lightbulb to learn and use AWX.

This tentatively means (and is not a complete list):

• Adding caveats and extra slides and speaker notes in the Intro to Tower deck
• Create new or caveat the Tower workshops exercises
• Create a separate page for installing AWX in the Tower guide (Clean up generic playbook titles like "This is a play within a playbook" #260) or perhaps they are different enough to have to keep a totally separate guide
• Adding notes in the facilitator guide etc. how to use the AWX resources in lightbulb
