Images with Alt Text

It would be great if you could add support for Alt Text for images.

On Mastodon, it's pretty much frowned upon if you post an image without alt text. Also even sighted people can enjoy it, since often the alt text contains something about why the poster thinks the image is relevant, or some other interesting thing.
