Hi! I'm not sure if I understand the question but in the old days, there was a wpa_supplicant.conf inside the AOSP tree (which is saved inside one of the device partitions). This file has a specific syntax that you can use to configure the default ssid. Another approach could be also considered, like checking how settings app/wifi service saves the ssid when user ask to save or check if there is any kind of overlay/xml inside the AOSP tree that could be used to configure the ssid during AOSP build time.
