I can't make it work on any CSV files

I'm using
PyCharm 20.2
Plugin 2.0

I have associated in File Types:
CSV/TSV DATA <--> *.csv

When I open a .csv file, It loads like a regular text file (no column coloring, and no "edit as table" in the contextual menu)
Tried with big and small .csv files. The file are well-formatted.

Any suggestion?

Same problem, nothing happens when plugin is loaded.
