Error in decorative element

The decorative element between parts of the theme don't look right on Firefox.

Hi @schwantuschke,

It seems like Firefox (and only Firefox) simply doesn't allow separators to have pseudo elements taller than the separator itself. I'm not sure how to fix this without messing up the Core separator styles, but I'll leave the issue open in case I think of something down the line.
