Feature Request: Proxmox as Cloud provider

Please also add the possibility to add Proxmox Clusters as cloud provider. This does not necessarly allow connecting into the VMs for now, but would give a nice overview of used ressources on the Proxmox Cluster.
Proxmox itself collects quiet a few stats which can be pulled by Amon and displayed. Not just hosts, but also stats for all running VMs.

In the future Proxmox will also support cloud-init, so Amon could potentionally connect to instances as well to pull some data if configrued correctly.

If you need help / testing on that just let me know. I have several Proxmox Cluster which I can give you access to for testing purposes.
