Not able to access agents using cloudfare tunnel

hi folks, ive followed this tutorial trying to setup everything using cloudfare tunnel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70ME_EaoTxs

unffortunally i wasnt able to remote access the agents after that, the remote access window pops up, and i get a green "connected agent" message but i cant click connect or disconnect, any ideas?

Ive even tried to follow this post: https://community.cloudflare.com/t/meshcentral-agents-can-no-longer-connect-using-tunnel/551937/16

but i wasnt lucky using the ip i get pinging to mesh."myprivatedomain"

edit 2: this is not a fresh install, and im using 0.20 version.
