[Feature Request] Add Video Speed

Please add 2x, 4x, 16x Video speed up or slow down feature before download.

I think, there should be smoother choices, too. I need something like 1.25×, 1.5×, 1.75×. 2× and more is too quick for good understanding. Loom has a good feature – it can detect, what speed should be used for minimizing video length with good understanding. It is probably pretty hard to implement (or maybe not, if there is some library for detecting voice speed), so at least adding those lower speeds as I proposed will be fine.
