Multi-window mode through drag and drop tabs

Given I connected to brokers A and B
When I drag and drop broker A tab
Then a new window is opened
And connected to the broker A
And the last active tab inside the broker tab is activated.

Given I connected to a broker
When I drag and drop one of the tabs inside the broker tab, e.g. Logging, Read Topic, etc.
Then a new window is opened
And connected to the same broker
And the tab is activated.
