[BUG] Security Baselines shows as edited, but haven't been edited for months

Describe the bug
When looking at the Repo in DevOps, the Windows Securtiy Baseline policies shows as being edited "often", but havent been updated in months in the portal.

To Reproduce
Run new backup

Expected behavior
Not show "edited", when policy haven't been updated.

What does it look like if you click one of the commits? something in the file is changing

Example. Some settings change position in the json. So maybe more a backend thing?

I do think these are updated in the background by MS
