Exclude spots not covered by the tissue

Hi, thank you for the nice work!

I find that when handling both mouse brain ST / Visium data and developmental heart spatial data, you excluded all spots that were not covered by the tissue. How can I get access to the spot information (whether one specific spot is covered by the target tissue)? Could you share such information for all datasets you analyzed in the paper?
