hide (unrelated) LLVM options by default #1

Similar to recent changes in allvm-tools: allvm/allvm-tools#20

(check master for any cleanup needed after merging that, don't remember)

I can't think of any of these options being useful here...

Be careful not to unnecessarily hide options for each subcommand.
