throw exception if shared object is created again #30

Currently if a shared object is created twice, no error/exception is thrown.
Is it possible to throw an error for the second call?

Example:
shared_object1 = new Shared.Create('filename')

call the following in another process:
shared_object2 = new Shared.Create('filename') // this should lead to error
