پس از ساختن tuic در برنامه نکو باکس پیغام connection refused نمایش داده میشه.

برای tuic باید حتما از ssl استفاده کنین و سرتیفیکیت بگیرین
میتونین تنظیمات رو مثل من انجام بدین و کار کنه.
