您好针对MSRTMCR的数据有一个疑问，如下图所示，
是指微服务实例MS_35821_POD_6在第0号的统计时刻，过去30秒内，平均的http请求数量是0.000664679个请求每秒？
这个数据看上去好像有点奇怪，是数据集已经做了类似归一化的处理吗？

确实做了归一化了，文档中有提到

Note: The value of resource utilization and the MCR has been normalized by Max-min method.
