Introduce functionality to enable persistent chat state and history within the AI Chatbot Framework. This feature will allow users to maintain conversational context and access previous messages across sessions, enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, it will make the platform more adaptable for integration with other channels, such as Facebook, which require chat persistence for seamless operation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The chat state persists even after restarting the server.
  • Users/System can retrieve chat history for their past sessions.
