Configure path separator on windows

Problem
I use git bash on windows, which somewhat supports \ as path separator, but they must be escaped. The current output from copying/selecting a result uses a single backslash i.e. c\Users\rossc which isn't usable in further commands. The path separators are also shown in the search results list, and the preview title. It would be good for it to be consistently changed across the whole experience.
