Print out entire cli struct w/ all flags omitting sensitive ones

I'm trying to achieve the following thing with Kong but can't find any easy way at the moment.

I would like to print out all the Kong CLI struct in the stdout, omitting any sensitive flag. Similar to what it is done here https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/external-dns/blob/master/pkg/apis/externaldns/types.go#L336

I cannot find any good solution to omit sensitive values from the stdout.

If you explicitly set a placeholder:"REDACTED" it will take precedence over the default value. @mitar added this in #245.

I've tried to use the following function to print out with placeholder set as you have recommended but I haven't got the expected result

In my case the placeholder tag is not found in place.
