Jump to list via ctrl/alt + number keyboard shortcuts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On my desktop, I can jump to my favorites by using meta+number. In Firefox I can jump to tabs using alt+number. This is great.

I would like to jump to my lists using ctrl+number.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use ctrl+something to select the list of list and the use the cursor keys to navigate around. But ctrl+number is much faster.

Why does Firefox use alt+number instead of ctrl+number?!

How could the number of the list be defined? Would it be configurable?

I would just assign a number to every list from top to bottom. So the order of the lists decides.
